Here oratio arises naturally — not as performed prayer but as the spontaneous response of a soul that has become genuinely receptive — opening finally into contemplatio: pure presence before the Living Light, beyond thought, image, or word. In this stillness, viriditas becomes somatically perceptible — the body's own luminous aliveness, restored to itself.

The second movement is sonic medicine: vocal toning and antiphonal frequencies drawn from Hildegard's Symphonia — her monophonic liturgical compositions, understood not merely as music but as living vessels of viriditas, the voice trained as a threshold between the human and the divine. Applied with precision to the specific condition of the person present, these frequencies restore the free movement of the divine greening power through the person's system, dissolving what ariditas has contracted and illuminating what exhaustion has obscured.

The third movement is botanical consecration — a practice rooted in Hildegard's Physica and her understanding of the hortus as sacred ground. Hildegaard’s Haute Botanical Facial Oil — selected specifically for the person's condition from Chavez's herbalism practice and Hildegaard's rich pharmacopoeia — is applied prayerfully, in the ancient tradition of anointing, to anchor the session's work in embodied form. The plant, received with full attention and reverence, completes the work the stillness and the sound have opened: viriditas transmitted from the botanical world into the body, the Lux vivens made present through root and petal and skin.

Each person departs with a written prescription: specific botanicals, contemplative practices, and elemental nutritional and environmental recommendations drawn from Hildegaard's medicine — extending the restoration precisely into their daily life.
