Cultivation
Partnering exclusively with LMR Naturals by IFF — the revered plant essence house at the pinnacle of haute perfumery and custodians of the world's most extraordinary raw botanical materials — we source the world's finest plants of the season, grown in the world's richest soils by farmers working with hand cultivation in original topsoil where centuries of fungal networks have co-evolved with plant species in place, delivering minerals in precise bioavailable ratios that the living earth alone, in its sovereign complexity, can provide. Hildegard understood soil not as substrate but as the living body of the earth — the medium through which viriditas moves from the cosmic order into the roots of living things. Each Hildegaard Haute Botanical creation represents 220 hours of artistry — the full measure of devotion our founder's conviction demands: that botanical creation, practiced with sufficient rigor and reverence, becomes a form of sacred making without peer in the beauty world.
Our creations are hand-mixed and hand-poured by master artisans at our atelier in Brookhaven Hamlet, Eastern Long Island, New York — each presented in a glass bottle engraved with an individual edition number and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Each limited edition preserves the noble character of a singular harvest — the precise light, soil, mineral composition, and flowering conditions of a place and season that will never occur again.
